Engaging with this company has been an exercise in futility and frustration, the likes of which I've never endured before. For over three months, I've been embroiled in a maddening dance of incompetence, trying to get a prepaid electricity meter installed. And let me tell you, it's been a solo performance because good ol' Joe, our illustrious complex manager, is about as reachable as a hermit crab in witness protection – no emails, no calls, nothing. The man's excuses are as flimsy as wet tissue paper.
