Beware of Elevate solution. Their site states they are an online store based in Cape Town. They sell solar equipment and other stuff. The site seems legit.They are quick to give you an invoice for payment. They inform you that your delivery will take 3 -5 days. They give you no tracking for your order and no information as to actual delivery date. They just advise you that they are dealing with a private courier company and will not give you any information about the courier company. No name of courier company or no contact details. If you email them after payment is made you get no response. You phone them and they either don't answer the call. If they do answer once you mention that you are following up on your order they put the phone down on you. Payment was made on 02 February and they are avoiding the customer who just wants to know when delivery will be made. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ELEVATE SOLUTION.
