As a traveler who recently experienced a tour led by Brandon, I feel compelled to share my disappointment and outrage. Throughout the excursion, Brandon made numerous offensive and racially insensitive remarks, including one particularly egregious comment advising tourists to "be careful of the blacks as they are *******." Not only is this statement deeply offensive and perpetuates harmful stereotypes, but it also reflects a shocking lack of professionalism and cultural awareness on Brandon's part. His behavior not only marred what could have been an enjoyable experience but also left a stain of *****ry on the entire tour. I strongly urge potential travelers to avoid any tours led by Brandon and to seek out guides who respect and celebrate the diversity of the destinations they visit.

This airline engages in discriminatory practices, where their employees racially profile passengers, leading to unjust removal from flights. If you're Black, I recommend choosing alternative airlines to ensure your safety and well-being. If there was a zero star, they’d definitely get one ☹️
