Don’t fall for it

I got sucked in by an Instagram ad promising a printable 28 day training plan for 7 minutes a day, followed by a fairly well executed personalisation quiz. However once I’d paid my “discount” 4 week subscription price I quickly realised my error. No printable 28 day day plan. Certainly no seven minutes a day. Lots (and lots and lots, hours in fact) of video content - all of it very poorly dubbed in English using AI voices. Be warned, the 4 week subscription also auto renews unless you email them to unsubscribe before your initial subscription period ends. And you can’t cancel online. For genuine reviews (because the bots seem to have taken these over on most platforms) do yourself a favour and check out Reddit before you sign up.
