Worst customer service I have ever experienced
If I could give this CTM branch zero stars that would be more fitting. Your service staff cannot handle simple orders and do not return phone calls or follow up with clients, you clearly do not care about repeat business or customer satisfaction, once you have our money you are done. In September 2021 I ordered Zest Charcoal slip resistant tiles, 22 boxes. Get a phone in November the tiles are in stock, we go into the store and make the purchase. The tiles that are delivered are not the slip resistant variant - send them back. Advised the correct ones are expected January 2022, we request a refund, never receive the form, December gets busy we decide to just wait. January comes, we have to follow up since no one at CTM knows how to keep a client informed of progress - tiles are being delivered beginning Feb. Feb Comes - we follow up again, still no tiles but they are definitely arriving on the shipment beginning March. Beginning March - we follow up, they will phone us back as they will investigate when the tiles will be arriving. (no phone call ever received) in the interim we phone the Burgundy Estate branch only to find out the tiles are not even being manufactured currently.... Phone CTM Northgate and demand a refund, have to follow up for refund form multiple times. Finally receive refund "form"(a terrible quality scanned in document) complete refund form on Friday 11 March. Friday 18 March, still no refund, call back get put on hold for 10 minutes, then requested to complete a refund form. Resend refund form...
