A Zero Star would be much more appropriate!!!. This was our second and last bad experience at this restaurant!. This was absolutely shocking!!. We booked a lunch for my daughters Birthday at 14h30. The food started arriving at 16h38 after my grandson of four years was brought to tears from hunger pains!. The manager did not bother to see us once during the meal even after we voiced our dissatisfaction on more than one occasion. The food was atrocious!!!. If you don't know how to run a business please go somewhere else. We know for sure six families will definitely NOT be returning and we strongly advise anyone else who is considering this establishment. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Half hour after starter (5 tubes of Calamari for R65) was told my main course order was not available. Changed order from Prime rib then main course T-bone, as recommended, arrived late when companions already complete, which was over cooked dry and tasteless. The time was 22h12 Sent back and reordered fillet steak which never arrived!!. The 'I don't care and lack of interest' attitude was insulting.
