I was at the store on the 15/12/2025 I had a voucher of 25% when I buy for minimum of R1300 or more and had another voucher for R85.00 then I had Cashback of R100.00 so the cashier at the till said she redeemed the vouchers I had to ask her that why the amount it's almost the same she convinced me that she app**** them so I went home only to find out that she did not redeem the 25% voucher so I tried going to the other store explained about the issue then they called woolworths mall of africa they had to put the manager by the name of thabo to assist so said I must come to the same store that I have purchased the item and they will do the refund but it was impossible for me to do that so he said he will call their head office to call back but they never did an the cashier that was assisting is B Maseko in conclusion I need to say I'm very dissapointed on how the could not even resolve my issue as a customer and I'm still waiting for their head office call ....
I went to fairprice on January 2024 I wanted to buy couch they did not have an tolde.to come next week I went back but still no stock I ended up buying sleeper couch but I assembled the sleeper couch but it was so long an not looking nice I'm my space so I wanted refund but lost the slip the worst part was that I could not get the refund cos of the slip so I was so disappointed in their service an the was nothing they cannot do without the slip so I felt like their service was bad they could not even check their daily transaction so now I'm sticker with the long sleeper couch there is nothing I can do about it
