**** - Please avoid this company. Mr Dillon Abrams is quick to respond to enquiries and quotes. Thereafter you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit to confirm the job and he will not pitch and continuously give excuses and eventually go silent on you. Read up on other reviews since the beginning of this year. To elaborate on my experience: 07 Feb - Contacted him and explained the job to be done. 08 Feb - Quote received and accepted. Deposit also paid on this afternoon and he confirmed he would complete the job on the 9th. 09 Feb - He did not pitch up and explained he was caught up in another job and would be late. He never arrived and explained that he is working for a Russian family so the language barrier made it difficult to understand their requests so he needs to reschedule. 13 Feb - after numerous follow ups, he said he would attend to the job on this day. He does not pitch and says that he is so busy on big projects and would rather refund my deposit to get the job done by somebody else. 16-27 Feb - A few more follow ups on the refund with no response. 16 Mar - I send him screenshots of all the other HelloPeter complaints of others that have been ****med. He the advises that this was all sorted out and it was because he had an accident. He advised that he will do the refund and asked for my banking details again. 20 Mar - Still no payment received, and the new excuse is that he is selling his vehicle because clients have cancelled projects. This is ironic considering he was so busy 5 weeks ago that he could not even take on a small job. To date, still no payment received and I am not expecting it but hope others find this helpful. PS. He even has a website set up so dont be fooled by this either.
