Left in the dark,by my bank
To think that I loved and trusted this bank,only to be disappointed by how they cannot help me as client regarding a debit order I haven't signed up for,it's over 6 months now asking them to help me stop the debit order,spoke an agent she told me straight we cannot help u,go find the company and speak to them. Useless...

This company is a *****,I've cancelled a debit order I never signed up for,since last year October 2023, till to date every month they withdraw R95 the bank won't help me,I'm even considering closing my bank account,tried calling it's a waste of airtme
