Attitude and wrong toys from Toyville. Stay clear!

Worst toy shop in South Africa! Extremely expensive too! Bought an item on their online store. They only send via Pargo, which was my first time using them, and it was the worst! They send me the wrong item, completely different from pictures shown. After I requested a refund, a rude girl informed me colours may vary and no refund will be issued...yet its completely the wrong thing! Terrible toy shop and still new but won't last with their inability to help their customers or at least see the fault it theirs and not the customer's.
