I placed and paid for order two weeks ago. Since payment, communication has been non-existent. After chasing them repeatedly, I finally received a vague message yesterday: "Will look into your and give you update." It has now been over 24 hours, and I have received no update, no follow-up, and no delivery date. This company demonstrates a complete absence of professional after-sales service and communication. They take your money and then abandon the customer. Avoid GD Technologies if you expect your order to be handled professionally or if you expect any post-purchase support. I am now forced to escalate this with consumer protection authorities.
From a loyal paying customer's point of view, For the past 10 years I have been with all about brokers and to see a company handle the situation that I'm currently in is pathetic. My vehicle was ****** in February 2024 and due to lack of communication from my beloved insurance brokers the claim was denied. I received no communication to install two different tracker units in my vehicle and therefor my claim was denied. Nowhere in my policy is stated that a tracker or trackers must be installed for my policy to be valid. If you are currently insured by all about brokers, please double check your policy to ensure you don't end up in the same situation as I currently find myself in.
