Incompetant sales persons
Very bad knowledge of thier own products, sales persons is incompetant. Asked if they sell ceiling fan remote where the sales person said yes but send a dr light remote, they do not have a clue what product can be used for what application but still argue and say it can switch on the fan, cant sellect different speed but it can work for fan, complete idiot.

Bad security at capitec bank
Hi any new customers that is planning to move to capitec, rethink it. My wifes acc was hacked and all her money was taken, the bank verified it that the person doing it is been doing it for a while and they cant block the person, their security is the worst and they do not take responsibility for the poor security at the bank, please dont make a mistake to open any acc with them

Bad investments on capitec app
Hi wrote a review on the bad investments on capitecs app where they rep**** on 5 april 2024 that they are busy with the case and will get back to me within 24hrs, but again nothing happened as allways. That is the way they treat their clients, they dont care about us.

Hi your investments you do is the worst i ever saw, my son invested all his savings R25 000 ,2 weeks after he invested he phoned to ask about the investment where 1 of your guys told him that the market dropped 270% but he must leave the money cause it happened before. Today when he contacted them they told him that he has R735 left and he must take it, what kind of brokers do you have that does not help the clients and make them loose all their money, i never came across useless brokers like this that cant help the clients in time not to loose everything thing they have. The worst is that it is on capitec's banking app that the investment was done. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not have time to help the customers. WORST BROKERS IN SOUTH AFRICA. Dont know where you found them but please send them back cause they have no clue what a broker is supposed to do
