I have been caller number 2 for over the past 3 hours, very bad, bad, bad service that you guys have. Would not recommend it to anyone.
The worst customer service ever, I made a purchase online over a week ago using my husband’s profile as mine can not link with my smart shopper, something they can’t fix as well. As soon as I paid and the money went through, a pop up message came back and said there was something wrong with your order but my money went through. I called them immediately and they sent me from pillar to post even a lady called Lerato said “you’ll get a confirmation email with your ticket number to show that we have escalated the matter. The email never came until I sent one and they wanted to refer me again to ASAP but I told them that I bought on the website. Later when they responded I was told that my husband needs to be the one sending an email. Send an email for what? Because he’s not the one who made that purchase? So unprofessional and you’ll hold the line for over 40 - 45 minutes. My money has still not been returned yet, they don’t even care about their customers.
An amazing experience for my family, the staff was exceptionally amazing, very friendly and easy to communicate with.. We really had fun.. Keep up the good service
I ordered on Saturday and spoke to them on WhatsApp on Sunday to confirm when it will be delivered and they said 3-7 working days.. Guys on Tuesday Morning i received my parcel in Woodmead, it was hardly 3 days. Oh and they threw in an easter egg inside😊😊... These guys are amazing
