unauthorized debit orders x 4 - Refund not done

Good day,<br> <br> I have call Money Tips on the 3rd of November due to unauthorized debit order going off my bank account for 4 months now amount R129 per debit order. It was promised that this will be paid back to me in 7 days we are now long overdue with 7 days. I haven't signed anything with them. Don't even know what they are really doing.<br> I need this refund done asap and the debit order to be stopped.
