Their service is bad and unfortunately I referred many people to them. Whenever you are late with payment they make you pay R100 for reconnecting. But they can go for a day or so without network. Sometimes you make payments but they will still cuts your services until you get hold of them. After hours or on weekends they will not be working and they will refer you to their office number that will only work on Monday. I remember my little was supposed to do a school research dependant on WiFi and they were not available and on their WhatsApp number they referred me to their office number that would only open on Monday. They are rendering an unreliable service. Today was my last day with them that I paid for in advance but they are sending me from pillar to post with service. I will advise people who are using their fibre to start looking for the alternative because goldfields fibre is not reliable.
