Service was quick and easy. Wood was dry, helpful in this rainy weather
Bought two of feather down pillows as well as two same range single duvet inners for our kids. Pillows had a strange 'damp chicken' smell (duvet inners were fine) which we hoped would dissipate with airing and time. This didn't help. Then washed them according to care instructions. This didn't help either. Eventually managed to return them and was told that they needed to be assessed by the manufacturer. Feedback provided was that they were not returnable as they arrived still wet post washing. This was nonsense as we'd washed them more than a week previous. Yuppiechef customer service then said they'd revert to manufacturer. New response was that too much time had passed and that they should have been returned earlier. I spoke with the Yuppiechef customer service team lead who promised to re-engage with the manufacturer and call me back. I am yet to receive the call back. So disappointed with Yuppiechef (Mr Price influence?) - I bought the pillows from them because of their [previous] reputation to be reputable and customer centric. Customer service however, merely passes messages back and forth and don't follow up on commitments. I'll not be returning to the store anytime soon and you should think twice before spending at Yuppiechef.
[URL Removed] offers SA Home Affairs document expedition services. I needed 2 copies of my unabridged marriage certificate and for them to be apostilled. Christo promised 2 weeks turnaround. I followed up on status during the 1st 2 weeks to then find out Christo only lodged the request with DHA after 2 full weeks. He then promised I'd have it by the end of the 3rd week. Additionally, when it was lodged, only 1 copy was requested. Whenever calling Christo (I think he only ever called me once) he was full of excuses.

Christo works through another guy to actually get the documents expedited. I finally managed to get the number of the guy who actually does the work and started dealing directly with him instead. He was extremely helpful. The certificate was eventually ready for collection 4 1/2 weeks after I initiated the process with Christo. I then opted to collect it myself and elicited the services of another provider to get the apostille done.

Fortunately I only paid a small deposit for Christo's so-called services.

My wife and I are on tight visa timelines and Christo has ended up costing us money and more importantly a lot of time.
