Extremely Frustrated – Two Months and Still No Resolution I have been trying to cancel my service for over two months, and despite repeated communication, my issue remains unresolved. I’ve explained my billing concerns clearly—including that only R230.00 should be due after factoring in cancellation and previous payments—but I continue to be told that talk time cannot be transferred, with no further explanation or solution. The lack of responsiveness and accountability is deeply disappointing. I expected better customer service and transparency from a company of this stature. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will consider escalating the matter further. Consumers deserve respect, clarity, and efficient service. At the very least, I expect my adjusted balance to be confirmed and my cancellation request to be honored without delay.
My telkom line was port to another service provider in 2028. Suddenly y phone was not working anymore, on enquiring from my current service provider they informed me that my VOIP is now back with telkom. When we tried to re-assigned they told me the line number was de-activated. since then i struggled to get the line activated again. no agent phones back, and Telkom self is not answering any calls
I have 2 very bad experiences with Woolworths dash 1) I placed an order on the 24th of Sept 2024, order was NOT DELIVERED AND RETURNED TO STORE. I did phone and they told me that they will refund me, it is now 3 weeks later and still no luck with receiving my money back 2) I've ordered waffles 6 pack, only 5 was in packet when delivered. I did send photos and report, on the 26st of Sept 2024. The feedback is just they have send the request through to the support team to contact me, still no joy
I did order on the 4th of Aug for delivery on the 5th of Aug between 8:00 - 9:00, some items, order 120781157A, total of order R763.90 after my promotional discount. When they delivered on the 6th the delivery guy claimed that he couldn't get hold of me, and returned the items to the store and cancelled the order. I immediately when I see the cancellation, re-order exactly the same items order 120789548A. When they delivered they charge me R893.90, meaning that they didn't allow my promotional discount. Since then I phoned weekly their customer care help line, every time I have to repeat the issue, ref no 44568088, still till today they did not credit me. Every time they promise that the money will reflect in my wallet still the same day, as now 26 Aug 2024 at 3:45pm still not the case. What do I need to get this resolved, or must I just accept this is the type of customer services I will get from you, or forget the discount and write it off as a bad experience THEN THEIR FEEDBACK We do apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please be advised, your money was credited into your wallet on the app. AND MY RESPONSE The money was not credited, just the original cancelled order but not my promotional discount, REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND THAT YOU STILL NEED TO GIVE ME A CREDIT OF R130. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MY ORIGINAL ORDER OF R763.90 THAT WAS CREDITED AFTER CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER, AND THE AMOUNT THAT YOU HAVE CHARGED FOR THE SAME TROLLEY ON THE NEW ORDER OF R893.90. YOU DID NOT GIVE THE PROMITIONAL DISCOUNT ON THIS ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the worse experience with Iemas, I cancelled my membership, and are awaiting my reserve fund payout. It is 6 weeks later, every time I struggled to get hold of someone that can give me feedback, every time a different promise when I can get my payout, only to be informed that I will only get my payout NEXT YEAR MAY, ELSE I HAVE TO PAY ALMOST R10K PENALTY. NO ONE EVER TOLD ME THAT DURIG THE CANCELLATION PROCESS. I HONESTLY THINK THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF, I MUST PAY, BUT WHEN TYE OWE ME, I HAVE TO WAIT MORE THAN A YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
