Liberty and Jurgens Group Advisor Lying about how far my provident fund withdrawal claim is
If i could give less than one star I would!!😡 Between the financial advisor and Liberty they both have been lying to me with regards to my provident fund withdrawal. The withdrawal documents where submitted in August already and up until today liberty and the financial advisor have been saying there is a "delay" due to the two-pot system that was implemented in SEPTEMBER!!!!! My claim was supposed to be paid out by the end of August already. Today I decided skrew liberty and the advisor let me contact SARS myself since they are claiming that there is a delay by SARS and that they are "waiting" for a tax directive and have been since AUGUST. and SARS confirmed that NO REQUEST HAS BEEN SUBMITTED FOR THE TAX DIRECTIVE😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬I am completely disappointed and frustrated by the fact that liberty and the advisor can lie like this and then act like they were not aware. All of a sudden since I phoned sars now everything is in order by liberty and they have requested the tax directive. I have been following up for 2 months!!!!!!! Not once did the advisor think to phone SARS and ASK WHAT THE HELL IS TAKING SO LONG!!!!! WHAT IS THE POINT OF A ADVISOR IF THEY ARE NOT DOING THEIR DAMN JOB. Absolutely dissatisfied with Liberty and the advisor that I was dealing with from Jurgens Group.

Nappies printed and glued incorrectly
I was very happy with lovies nappies as it did not give my little one a rash but I have a full pack of nappies that have not been printed and glued together properly so now the nappies do not sit correctly on my little one, this is very upsetting as it is not cheap to just buy nappies. I really hope you guys can check the quality of your nappies before letting it be sold.
