kayleeseatery in bedfordview is absolutely the worst , had the worst experience there. From rodents to bad service - the atmosphere is just draining (everyone seems miserable) !!! Saw ****roaches at the store while I was there and my appetite just went, kaylee seems to be such a spoilt brat and shows favoritism to the white staff and ****** towards her black African staff- she is horrible and **** to the core as long as you pay. The staff seem to fear her and when I asked for a manager they looked as though they didn’t want to get one and willing to do anything I said due to fear of management. She treats the white customers different from the customers of color. The one manager I assume is a manager seemed like a child because when I complained he looked like he doesn’t know what is happening there. The food looked good but when I saw the ****roach my stomach sank. The food inspector needs to go and do a real visit in the place especially in such an affluent place like bedfordview. Do not eat there or you will get very sick. Took pictures and I hope they call me I will forward the proof of this disgusting place for such a supposed good brand.
