Absolutely shocking customer care and product quality, I wrote to Noola telling them about a faulty seatbelt mechanics or clasp that has failed to secure the belt.I explained that my toddler can actually get out of the seat and that it is not secure. The belt clasp does not clock. The customer care person responds with "Kindly be advised that your baba is very smart and we would call them an escape artist :) " absolutely shocking. Infuriating really. I wouldn't recommend this low quality product that is not safe for children. NOT MADE IN SOUTH AFRICA! rather spend a bit more because you wont use this long until it breaks and the customer service is a joke
