I have requested a cancellation on a partially used ticket from Abu Dhabi to duarban and back.Due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel my return flight and did inform the agent. This was in December 2023.I have logged a complain with the agent and was told he forwarded my complain.I have been in contact with the company from December 2023 with staff members and eventually when I got in contact with Hawa from hr in January 2024 she was unaware of my situation. Going forward was promised a refund of R1600 x2 and was told it will take 14 days.then a month later nothing,when I contacted them again it changed to R300 per ticket.I have proof of wats app msg,recorded voice calls,email,chatting with Radia conversation with Hawa but to date only promises and.nothing done as yet.There is no communication unless I call them and that to Hawa is either busy ,at school to pickup her child or not yet at work.it has now been 4.months and all I here is promises and they are in contact with Qatar Airways. I have even requested a ref.no so that I follow up myself but they refuse to give.one.pathetic service from Sure mitha travel durban. The last wats app .so I sent to Hawa,she read it and that's it.pathetic pathetic pathetic after sales. I will not recommend this company to family and friends. Worst company to deal with. I have flown with 3 other companies and the service was tops.
