I am a very disappointed with the quotation...a minor dent on body of the car, replacing tail-light, replacement of front and back bumpers costs almost thrice the value of the car like seriously? OVER R220 000 like really?....I feel like the quotation fee went down the drain waiting for 3 days to get a ridiculously over inflated cost of parts just because I didn't disclose the insurance involved? The repetition of items using different pseudo names and the jargon just to justify the quote. If they don't want to do the job at least make they should make the quotation free than this daylight ****.

Accident
I am very disappointed with how this team handled my case when their renter crashed their car into my parked car on 15 April 2024. Their legal team sent me an email disassociating themselves of any third party liabilities saying I should deal with their client's renter directly. I feel so let down because the damages on my car are way expensive to ignore and now I have to deal with a tourist from Europe whose availability and involvement in this matter isn't guaranteed once they depart from South Africa in a few days time.
