Why is your service so bad???
The worst service that I have even seen in my entire life. From being untruthful and giving false information to taking up to 5 month to give feedback on claims. You get pushed from pillar to post and are informed that payments is loaded only to get a request for more documentation,how do you load a payment without all the documentation so I take that as a lie. Santam you NEED to get your admin sorted as this is a nightmare of a claims process.
