I bought a Meissner Netstar XT1200 UPS at a computer retailer. I was told the support is done by Meissner / Eaton SA. This product did not work out of the box. I phoned Meissner (Eaton in SA) and was told that I had to pay an amount of R 1594 upfront for a technician for a call out. No option to take it in. The call out fee is more than the value of the UPS. Basically I'll throw it in the dustbin. A very expensive piece of junk. Buy at your own peril!
