Horrible Service and Communication
I recently dealt with Deputy Sheriff Tshepo regarding an attachment and removal for an unpaid wages matter. In my experience, the interaction was unprofessional and unhelpful. Despite the Court’s order and the completed attachment inventory, items listed by their own office were later described as “unable to be removed,” with no clear explanation and no attempt to provide a practical solution. When I raised concerns, I felt dismissed rather than assisted, and I was told there was “nothing they could do” and that I should escalate the matter myself. As a creditor who has followed all procedures and paid the required fees, I expected a fair and transparent process. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling that the matter was handled without urgency or accountability. I hope the office improves its communication and approach to assisting members of the public who rely on them to enforce court orders.

TERRIBLE MECHANIC
This is the worst mechanic in Johannesburg, Eugene will take your car and promise you night and day and the situation will come back worse with no rectification. My E90 BMW had a oil leak in the front and came back with more leaks and is now giving me more problems. I wish I read the other reviews before taking my car here.

Poor Customer Service
Shocking Customer Service, called multiple times and still haven't received assistance in regards to an application form needed for a matric certificate replacement. The customer service fail to send a simple email with a pdf attachment, honestly a joke.

Poor Customer Service and Delivery
Awful service delivery, a courier was dispatched only for everything to be postponed due to the parcel not even being ready, that time they took my money and don't give you any updates afterwards until you pester them. I would not recommend anyone to buy online from this store as the experience has been so bad. I still doubt i'll receive my package at this point as they also dont respond to emails.
