MCG Finance

MCG Finance is not be trusted. I have app**** for a loan last month and was told to make various payments. I picked up the 1st mistake when there were spelling in their contracts sent to me. But gave them the benefit of the doubt. After making the 2nd payment, Nelson Edwards promised me that this will be last payment after the payment, the financial department will release my funds the next morning. The next day arrived I received another letter for bank transaction codes that needs to paid i immediately started asking questions and asked that my loan application be cancelled since i cant afford another payment. I even called their office where i spoke to a lady expressing my concerns and was told to just make a payment, where i told her i could not afford anymore payments. I came on here only to realised that Nelson Edwards was the manager of this company where he told that "he spoke to his manager and he refused to help me without making another payment" i have taken screenshots as proof. Anyone on here let me tell you, the contracts they send you are null and void. A contract cant have any mistakes on it, otherwise it not binding. After making the 1st payment, he told me the funds would be release into my account and that they don't deviate from the contract stipulations. I have asked him to refund my money I was told he is not allowed to do that and to "just make the payment mam". I have asked him to refund half my amount multiple times I have yet to hear from him. Can I lay a complaint to the NCR this company? They should not be closed down. I have dealt with a lot of loan companies, but MCG Finance I would not advise. If there is anyone on here who is willing to help me, please. Losing R7000 is SA economy is not for faint hearted. I REPEAT DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN AT MCG FINANCE. If there is anyone on here who can tell me they actually received the funds they requested and made payments, how many payments you made, please let me know.
