Appalling customer service
This Company has no customer service at all. If you phone with a query nobody phones you back. We emailed one of their technicians in October 2024 regarding work he was supposed to do for us and to date we have never received a reply. They are very quick to bill you in fact they want payment up front but do not seem to be at all interested in meeting any of their obligations. Do not even consider using them

Excellent service obtaining a Schengen visa in London.
Elize from VisaConneXion is a thorough professional and she goes above and beyond for her clients. She was able to assist my daughter who lives in London obtain a Schengen visa very quickly and efficiently. This is no easy task as its very difficult to get an appointment, but Elize calmly and professionally organized everything ensuring that my daughter had all the documentation necessary for her appointment. I would highly recommend her services. My family have used her services both locally for overseas visa and now from abroad as well. We will continue to recommend and use her services as they are top class and take all the hassle out of acquiring a visa.
