I;ve ordered my hair products online with Wish as i've done the past few years, but have not received my parcel, which was due latest 7Januarary 2025. The S.A post office didn't know where my parcel was. I then contacted Wish to tell them I haven't received my parcel for a refund, but have not been able to after countless attempts. The site asks: Have you received your parcel? Click yes or no, it then It says it can't process my request, I should try again later! This has been three days now of same message coming up, no other way of contacting them either. I'm at my wits end!!! Please help! Mercia Groenewald
I've been trying to call this company, also emailed them twice, to get some information on a product they sell. After the first email I sent, the rep**** that I can expect a call within twenty four hours. That's two days ago. I've made countless calls, no reply. Not good for business!!!!
