😡 WARNING: DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE CALGRO DEVELOPERS!!! They're a TOTAL ****
I, along with many others, fell victim to their ********* practices. Bought a unit and thought it was a solid investment. WRONG! Within 2 years, costly defects popped up, and they've ghosted us! Refusing responsibility, pushing maintenance costs onto owners. UNACCEPTABLE! Now I’m responsible for damages to other’s property whilst paying for damage and plumbing defects in my brand new apartment. Calgro prioritizes profit over quality and customer satisfaction. They hire shoddy contractors, lie about specs, and abandon ship. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Spread the word: Calgro Developers is a ****. Avoid them at all costs!0 replies

Poor Customer Service Correspondence
I recently changed from my previous car insurance due to poor customer and non-responsive service with clients when they’re in need. Only to fall to the same trap with Santam. I recently joined and they’ve been not helpful. I cannot even access the app. The only means of communication is via email which doesn’t get responded to for 5 days. Imagine if I’m in an accident and I must email them to get assistance? And then still be ignored. This is very unprofessional.2 replies

Poor poor customer service. Even after cancelling, this company will debit your account.
Do not do the mistake of using this insurance company. I received a terrible experience, when I was in accident, they were difficult to get ahold of. Now that I’ve cancelled my contract with them. They still debit my account - I still cannot get ahold of an agent with a name to speak to. You’ll call them forever.2 replies
