Poor service from this company! I have been wanting to cancel my Insurance for 3 days, and i'm not being allowed to, I have requested a call from this Company and I have not received anything. On top of the high Insurance premium I am paying I have to deal with incompetency! I have exhausted every helpline they offer and no answer from either, my patience has reached a new low!! I would not recommend this Insurer to anyone after the headache of simply trying to get hold of them, terrible customer service throughout, still taking my money and increasing my blood pressure!
The owner of this establishment is completely ******** and should be held accountable for his actions as a South African Citzen, I wouldn't recommend this Cafe to anyone, food is not up to standard and so is his manners
