On 2025-05-28 at about 10:00 I ordered food online from Pick n Pay (ASAP) and was allocated order number 1830623. After 12:00 I enquired on the WEB page (asapsupport@pnp.co.za) about my delivery. At approximately 12:38 I received an e-mail from the latter explaining that the work volume is high and that I will be attended to. Today is the 29th and I have not received my parcel nor have I received any reply on my e-mail communication. I have not been refunded either.
She was helpful and updated my pet insurance status since it just needed a pic of my furry friend.
