SUPPORT THIS COMPANY EXCELLENT SERVICE AND QUALITY JACKETS.
This company cares. Ordered an XXL as Suprise present for nephew going to Canada in a week's time. When he fitted it, it was unfortunately too big. The quality of these jackets is AMAZING. I contacted Wicus via email and logged a return and within 4 days the old jacket was picked up and a XL jacket was dropped off to be in time for nephews' departure. Please support these guys. The jacket is going to last for years, and I am very, very impressed with this company.

TERRIBLE REFUND SERVICE
Despite me being a repeat customer I have been struggling to get refund for a kettle I returned and paid for the return. Reason for return was that the handle had literally melted once used on stove. I have a previous kettle from them, and that handle was still perfect despite years of use. They changed the material the handle was made of it and it was not suitable for use. I made the agent Olga aware of this and after numerous emails and whatsapps finally got info to return it to them on 24 April and despite numerous whatsapps and calls to Olga I am still awaiting the refund. I spoke to a John yesterday as I was tired of getting nowhere and still awaiting his return call to me despite being told I would be advised. Its now nearly a month and still ...

Teriible service when trying to get refund from Makro Online
ONE STAR review is even too much. I received 2 fans from Online- and when received it was 2 different brands not even the same that was advertised. The one was obviously used-covered in dust and plastic sc****d and it came to me in an old box previously used for a Puma delivery -stickers still on it. I logged return -sent them photos as proof and returned both fans in the box it came. I got refund after numerous calls paid to me last week of March for ONLY THE 1 FAN. Since then, I have called in excess of 10 times -sent emails numerous and spoken to Tristan the team leader and various consultants all apologizing PROFUSELY and promising to sort it out and call me and this has NEVER HAPPENED. I AM SO SICK AND TIRED of this! Do not order from Makro Online ...
