Unhappy client due to ****mer

Wouldn't even give one star!!! She goes by many names including the one mentioned above AND Angela Angela. She changes her "group name" quite a lot of times. I believe she's working with her boyfriend/husband Frank Tollemache. I am a reseller - this is my income. I ordered 5 items from her and paid her. Then only to notice she's not answering my questions of arrival and not sending a waybill for courier that's working. Spoke to another supplier of mine to find out that she's a ****mer - takes your order and receives payment but NEVER sends your product, does not send a refund back. She's a mother, a wife, a daughter - how does someone do this? I'm a single mother trying to survive in the world today with a little bit of an income and then people do this.
