Complaint
This is my second complaint, firstly it was the same as this one but there was no response I want to complain about the service at this hotel, I paid R1050. Cash nd imagine toilet was not wrking properly, I ask fr iron to iron to iron my clothes they promise to bring till morning I ended up going to wrk with those terrible clothes,they changed me to another the other room also had a problem. When I went to the reception to report all this there was noone there were as the lady said she will be there knocking off in the morning .I regret my stay there,I feel like R1050 was too much for that kind of a service.Aircorn was not wrking, a lot was happening, I want to be refunded or compensated. Complaint and want compensation
I wrote a review already but it was deleted on my side by mistake im writing it again regarding gonubie hotel ,I was treated very bad, the tap was not wrking,the toilet was also not wrking, I reported nd they gave me another room,it was the same, I asked fr iron so tht i prepare fr the next day as I was going to wrk, till the next morning I didn't receive the iron I went out like tht ,imagine I paid R1100 ,the lady tht ws at the reception said she will help me nd gv me everything I requested for but when I went to the reception there was noone.,I felt like I wasted my money ,it's very painful that you see that other people they give attention to but others they don't,I don't know what cause them to like that,I was very disappointed, because I left all other bnb and hotels trusting the. ,I paid R1100 for nothing

Complaint want compensation
I went to gonubie hotel when I had ,very poor services ,bathroom was not working and reported it, they changed me to another room, still having same problem when I went to report noone was on the reception desk whereas the lady said she is wrking night she will be there till morning, I asked for the iron ,she said she will bring it till morning Theresa's no uron,I left the next morning with My clothes like that ,as if they coming from a mouth of a *** ,I was not happy after paying R1100 just for a night.
