Based on personal experience, I would not recommend dealing with G a y e Cawood realty. On 16 May 2024 at 14:50, I went to enquire about 1ha properties at Countrylife Property in Beaulieu. On my way out, I stopped on Spur road to take pictures of property that had a 'for sale' sign. As I pulled over, a Suzuki Jimmy Fidelity security vehicle stopped right behind me. I ignored it and went over to take a picture of the G a y e Cawood realty sign in front the property being sold. Parked in front of the property, was a black Ford Raptor. A white lady from G a y e Cawood realty named Chevaugn Tarr, opened her window and shouted "what do you want here". I gave no response to her and explained to Mr Vernon Tarr (the other occupant of the Ford Raptor) what type of property I am looking for. I am deeply hurt by both vehicles making me feel as though I am a ********, however, more especially by the Tarr duo from G a y e Cawood realty. I had a similar (yet pleasant) experience when I initially started my property search in the Sun Valley area on 05 April 2024. On that day, I parked in front of a listed property and took a picture of an LWP Properties 'for sale' sign. I was then approached by a white Nissan Navara double cab. A white lady travelling alone, hopped out of the Navara and greeted me politely. She introduced herself as Claire from LWP Properties and offered to gladly assist me in my property search. This is a direct contrast of the offensive experience I had with the G a y e Cawood realty representatives. Keep in mind that I checked-in at the Spur road boom gate and notified the security of my intentions in the area, on both occasions. I hope to find a suitable property in the area with access control, +- 1ha, 3 bedroom double-storey (no thatch roofs), allowing for a mix of residential and business activities. I also hope that the residents of the area do not profile people in the way that I was, by the Fidelity security and the two G a y e Cawood realty staff.
