Very poor service by assupol funeral services.I made a claim for my mom on the 15th of September 2025 and promised that it will take 48 hours and it never instead it took 2 weeks to get money and by that time my mom was buried already..On the 27th of September again I went to claim for transport benefits until now I never get it.Why they do this to me.I need help.
I bought a jersey from the above store and when get home the jersey was little bit small.I could not fit on the jersey and I told the lady if it is small I will comeback and exchange.I am well known by the lady since I was buying for the third time there and the lady agreed that I can return it.The day I went there she said to me unfortunately she doesn't have a bigger size and she will order it for me.Since it was a weekend she said to me I can come on Monday to fetch the right size but unfortunately on a Monday I could not go because of being busy at work and decided to go on Tuesday 20 augast 2024.To my surprise she did not receive the right size and I ask if I can get my money as there is nothing else I would like to buy.My interest was on that jersey.Now she told me that the policy does not allow that of which I was never told that instead she will give me credit note that I must always come to the shop and see if I can get something else.She totally refused to refind me my money.I think this is unfair for me as I need my money to buy a jersey somewhere else.She even said I can even get something even in summer.To me this is unfair.I need help.I even asked to speak to a manager and she said she is not there and she is even not allowed to give me the number of a manager.Please help.Regards Nomarashiya Dyokwe
I wrote about my experience in 17 may 2024 about my car that has been damaged and the head office and manager of engen garage promised about that the issue will be resolved.Up until now I never get anyresponse and my car still have scraches.They promised that the issue will be resolved within 3 to 4 days but still no response.Please help.
I went to engen wellington street in durbanville western cape for a car wash.I asked the manager if I can left my car while they busy washing it and he agreed.I went to a nearby mall.To my surprise when comeback there was a scratch in my car and one can notice its new.When asked the guys they don't have an idea and they said the manager was the one driving a car as they are not allowed to drive customer cars other than a manager.I called the manager and he said he never scratch the car instead showed me the slip that anything happened to my car its not their responsibility and I asked for camera footage and he said he does not have access to camera footage its only security company that can do that and it will take 3 to 4 days to check and after that he will comeback to me.To my surprise why he never wanted to show me camera footage immediately and why it will take 3 to 4 days.Secondly why they cannot take responsibility of damage.I need help.Regards Rushy
