Poor service - continued.
In response to AC Direct's reply to me: Incorrect AC Direct. You dont have your fact rights. 6 weeks after paying the call-out fee your team have still not responded to me and my AC is still not functioning. I have chased your team for weeks and still no response. Poor service - charging me a call-out fee and then not getting back to me.

GD Technologies Online Tech Store - not honouring refund
Placed an online order for goods advertised as "in stock". Upon following up one week later I was informed that they dont have stock and they promied to refund me. Alomst two months later still waiting for me refund. I have followed up weekly and either dont receive a response or get a broken promise to pay.

AC Direct - Poor installation and after-sales service
Poor service!! One of my installed AC units has broken down 3 times with the exact fault (leaking gas line) since installing the unit 3 years ago. They have repaired it twice whilst under warranty. Now that the warranty has run out they simply avoid me - stating that they will come back to me with a solution. They even made me pay a call-out fee to come and see the exact sae issue for themselves. Six weeks later, and having followed up every week, still no repsonse. Just continued promises to get back to me. Simmilar experience on installation - quick to take your payment and very slow to deliver!

Dont hire BM Plumsteel before reading this review
Shortly after completion of my patio roof I notied the following: 1) One of the frame corners were not joined due to lip-channel being too short by 300mm. In stead of fixing it, they simply welded the hanging lip-channel onto the facia board - I pointed this out to Phillip and he undertook to come and fix it but never returned. 2) I was qouted 150mm x 100mm lip-channels on the frame but instead they used 100mm x 75mm, 3) The slope of the roof turned out to be insufficient for water run-off, resulting in pooling of water, 4) Poor paint job with areas that are pealing and rusting - less than 2 months later. 5) It turns out I was signifinactly over-charged. I would not recommend them.
