Overall great experience!

A great alternative should you struggle to get traditional vehicle finance. I contacted the company and confirmed an appointment to view the car options. The Operations Manager was friendly, efficient and very informative. While I waited, I noted the process of customers arriving to have their cars serviced, license discs being collected, and queries dealt with etc. I sat with the Operations Manager to go through the contract before signing. Everything explained in detail, all my questions answered. I received my car. It was clean and maintained. After reading previous reviews I wanted to make sure it was the right decision for me. I found the process to be seamless and professional, providing all of the services discussed and explained during the contract signing process. Things go wrong, cars break, and accidents happen. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend Wheelfin as the rent to own option.
