11 May I requested upgrade quote, too high then rejected it. In stead, dstv charged me. June my child double paid in error, called dstv and promised to refund. Now they are singing a different tune, not refunding fault was with their system and I have proof, which I forwarded but with no response.
A week has gone by since assupol with ref. Number 475818 promised to revert back within 48hours (complaints@assupol.co.za) regarding my travel expenses they promised to pay. What frustrate me the most is my cousin and I two same policies for our granny, same time from same consultant. As we speak, cousin is paid today and I'm not.
Last year I took out a funeral policy for my auntie who reside 400km away, with travel Assistance pack. This past weekend we buried her, this week when Im suppose to claim for travel expenses R1500 I'm told I dont have cover, yet their consultant who sold policy to me confirmed that I do have. This company shouldn't be advertising on TV, very rude and ****s.
Company hasn't refunded nor delivered goods purchased last December 2023 even after numerous emails, WhatsApp and calls. They said they refunded but cannot furnish me with proof thereof. Useless and ****** who shouldn't be operating.
