I bought a bed and the quality of the bed is very poor...I have logged a complaint with the store to have a replacement of the bed...seems they are not willing to give me replacement...the servise they are giving me is so pathetic....and I don't wish people can support this store...they don't handle they customer with care......

What a pathetic service by this people, On the 26.05.2024 I went to Sani at OR Tambo to hire a car. I told them I need a car for 3 days for my Son's birthday, I was told they will charge R1200 for rentals and R2600 for deposit R3800 was deducted from my account, and I was told to use 200km per day which I did all that and we have aggred that the car will be returned back on monday at 13:00, we a agreed. Upon my inspection there were some errors that I did mention on the inspection form and the lady agree with me, and on Monday around 11:00 I decided to returned the vehicle back, the same lady that I collected the vehicle on the 26.05.2024 she was the one helping me with the inspection, and she did confirmed everything is fine, the car was clean than before,full tank as agreed,kilometers as agreed but the money that was returned to my account is only R245, no communication..I mean nothing...this is pathetic servise by Sani, I advise people of Gauteng, South Africa never use this company for car rentals.
