I have placed an order with Huntalot online on May 21st, 2024. As of today, I haven't received my order, despite several attempts to contact their customer service team via email and phone calls, all of which have gone unanswered. This situation has left me with my payment being received without any corresponding communication or delivery of goods. I do not know what other actions I can take.
Placed an order and not response afterwards. Cannot get hold of them on the phone, WhatsApp or email. No feedback as to when my goods will be delivered. Very bad customer service.
