Bad customer service

I went to spar to buy an item but the service that we received from the Manager by the name of Mr Jose was so disappointing and rude.firstly when the cashier called him to let him know that the price we saw for Red bull was not the one that she scanned as the price was R29.99 and they scanned R39.99, he didnt even great us nor acknowledge that it was their fault but instead he dismissed everything without even explaining to me. He was just so rude to an extend that he voided the invoice and left us hanging. What is customer service and what does CPA says .. we are not going to buy from that store ever again
