Action Society will take you money and then ignore you

I cannot contact Action Society to cancel my debit order. Their website has no details. They do not respond to emails or website queries. They are all about delivering justice where the government has failed, yet the lack of transparency or difficulty to cancel a debit feels like theft itself. This is bordering on abuse and theft. I may have to close my bank account in the end. Ridiculous!
