Buying the property from this developer was the worst mistake ever, 5 months post bond registration the property is still not built, Daniel keeps on making excuses. Very unprofessional and their service to is pathetic. Do Not buy from this developer if you don’t want stress.
My gautrain card was blocked due to “tailgating” and no body had a decency to communicate this with me, what makes it worse is that it wasn’t even my fault that their systems were malfunctioning yet they were too quick to block my card, When I asked for my R700plus refund that’s on the blocked card, I was told about the 14 days waiting period while I need the money to onboard. The lady at Bosman station was even unbothered, I asked her why can’t they transfer the funds to the new card since they “cannot unblock” blocked cards, she told me that I need to print a bank statement and submit it together with my ID copy, yet I made it clear that I need the money now (as I was on my way to work) and I always plan my travelling a week in advance. This was a very much inconvenience for me. Tried contacting the call centre, same story, no body was willing to help. Gautrain service is pathetic and they do not care with zero sense of urgency. The call centre manager promised to call me today (same day I made my enquiry) guess what, no body called and I’m still waiting for my refund.
