A horrible place to stay, the maintenance is atrocious and they will do anything and to **** you out of your deposit. The electricity is supposedly prepaid but it is not i was spending R2000 on electricity with no electrical appliances, staying alone and spending half of my day at work, I tried switching the geyser on and off at intervals but the bill was the same every month regardless of my usage, the utility charges a way too ridiculous. They do not attend to or address any issues affecting residents unless it is to **** money out of you, there are many cases of ****** clothes from washing lines and they have done nothing to try address that issue, they implement a new system every 2 months at the cost of residents they overall only care about taking as much money out of your pocket as they can. A horrible and draining experience 🤮
