Request my real shares value since 2007

I bought shares from Welkom Yizani in 2007 and I called them last year for personal details update and find out about the value of my shares, to my surprise they told me my shares value is only R600 since 16 years ago. I asked them why? They gave me the response that was not making sense to me, they said Media 24 pulled out in 2022 and I asked them what was the value of my shares when they pulled out and they said they don't know. They were in a rush to gave them my bank details for deposited that R600 while I was discontented with their explaination and I didn't send them my bank details until now.
