Nonchalant and potentially ******.

It’s my 3rd time eating at the Restuarant and the service gets worse every time. I’ve asked to speak to the manager to complain and I’ve been told twice that she is gonna attend to me. Yet I’ve been seeing her checking on whether the white people are enjoying their food. The 2 stars are for the lady who took over my original waitress who was giving me substandard service and got a part of my order wrong.
