Most terrible experience ever! I’ve ordered on May 7th, I followed up 2-weeks later since they advertise 4-7 days shipping, I followed up about 3 times until I got a response “sorry for the delay, your order is important to us”. I understood anything could happen. Follow up again two weeks later after that, no response and now there’s no response after 7 weeks since I’ve places my order. They still send promo emails and advertise on social media.
