I would like to express my concern regarding the level of service provided by Gauteng Emergency Services. Based on recent experiences, the service received has been significantly below expectations. The delays, lack of responsiveness, and overall inefficiency have raised serious concerns about the reliability of the service, especially during critical situations when timely assistance is essential. I am requesting that the issues affecting service delivery be urgently reviewed and addressed to ensure that the community receives the prompt and reliable emergency support it deserves.
