0 stars for me. Apart from the estate agents who are doing an excellent job. The rest is just pure nonsense. Just ask yourself why are these apartments always available?? I’ve been here for less than a year but I have so many unbearable experiences I cannot even begin to count. This time around the app used for water and electricity (Gct app) is malfunctioning so I am unable to top up my balance. I am out of electricity and hot water now and there is no urgent help. Few days back I submitted my notice to vacate. Can’t be paying this much for an extremely poor service. It makes no sense at all.
